  • RV camping encouraged (self-contained preferred)
  • Access to all events during stay
  • Music in the Desert livestream access (when scheduled)
  • 10×10 vending space during stay
  • Up to 5 people per pass group

Requirements:

  • Must pre-register before arrival

  • Voting rights

  • Multi-day stays

Sojourner Meaning: traveler, temporary guest, passing through

🎸 Dweller Tier (Weekly)

$60 per week

Available passes varies each day.

Best for short-term stays and event participation.

Includes:

  • 7-day campsite access
  • RV, tent, or vehicle camping allowed
  • Access to all events during stay
  • Attendance at monthly meetings (no voting rights)
  • 10×10 vending space during stay

Dweller Meaning: someone who lives there temporarily but becomes part of the rhythm.

Gatherer Tier (Monthly / 30-Day Community Pass)

$174 per 30-day cycle

Available passes: 4

Best for active community members, creatives, and long-term stays.

Includes:

  • 30-day campsite access (renewable monthly)
  • RV, tent, or vehicle camping allowed
  • Free admission to all events (including special events)
  • VIP access when available
  • 10×20 premium vending space
  • Ability to sell goods in store and event marketplace
  • Voting rights in monthly community meetings
  • Eligibility for Member Board participation
  • Ability to plan, organize, and host approved events
  • Up to 5 registered guests

⚠️ Special Event Work Requirement:

Gather Muinntir (Members) who wish to attend or participate in special events are requested to adhere to a structured work schedule. Roles and time blocks will be assigned based on event requirements and coordinated through community planning. This is only necessary if you intend to participate in or attend these events.

⚠️ Important Terms:

  • Month-to-month renewal (30-day cycle)
  • No permanent structures allowed
  • All events must be approved by the Co-Owners & Executive Team before hosting
  • No refunds once membership is active
  • If muinntir (membership) is not renewed or rules are violated, members must vacate within 48 hours
  • Cleanup or damage fees may apply for violations of conduct, rules, or property policies
  • You are responsible for your trash, water, Properly disposing of your waste.

Gather Meaning: someone who contributes to community life/events

Keepers of the Land Pass (Yearly)

$45 per year
+Available passes: 15

Best for long-term supporters and governance participation.

Includes:

  • Voting rights in monthly meetings
  • Eligibility for Member Board participation
  • Discounted access to camping (daily, weekly, monthly tiers)
  • RV, tent, or vehicle camping allowed during events
  • 10×10 vending space during events
  • Ability to sell goods in store and events
  • Discounted special events
  • Discounted hosting of approved personal events
  • VIP access when available
  • $20 each additional guest.

⚠️ Event Hosting Rule:

  • All personal hosted events must be approved by the muinntir (members) Board prior to scheduling
  • The Muinntir (Membership) Board reviews alignment, impact, and community fit
  • Final approval authority remains with the Co-Owners & Executive Team

Requirements:

  • Must pre-register all stays before arrival

Not included:

  • Work requirements during events
  • Free full-time camping outside events
  • Free access to special events (discounted only)
